be paid by the Chief Cashier's Department in accordance with pay- sheets, pay-orders and bills, approved, signed and authorised by
the Managing Director. Accounts of receipts and payments shall
be kept in Chinese and English and shall, from time to time, be
reported to the Managing Director by whom they shall be forwarded to the Chief Accountant's Department for auditing and accounting.
